Accurately represent business units through the Multi Line of Business hierarchy.

View Lines of Business

Admins with Enterprise-level access have the ability to view a list of LOBs within the instance.

To view this list, open the “Change” menu found under the name or logo, and click “Manage".

A datatable will display all existing Lines of Business, showing the names.

Create a Line of Business

Admins with Enterprise-level access have the ability to create new LOBs

1. From the Lines of Business view, click +New

2. Enter the name for the LOB

   • This field is required

   • You can also set additional languages for the name by clicking Add another language

3. Click Save

NOTE: The vanity URL for the LOB cannot be managed when creating or editing a LOB. Please work with your Customer Success team to manage vanity urls for your LOBs.

NOTE: Once a LOB has been created, it can be associated with staff, locations, and services. However, the LOB is not considered active until the vanity URL is added. There will be no direct access to the LOB-level before it has been activated.

Edit a Line of Business

Admins with Enterprise-level access can edit the name of existing LOBs.

1. Click More Actions (⋮) for the LOB you want to edit

2. Click Edit

3. Make your desired edits to the name

   1. The vanity URL associated with the LOB will be displayed but cannot be edited

4. Click Save

Archive a Line of Business

Archiving a LOB is currently unavailable.

Copy Vanity URLs

When the vanity url has been added for the LOB, admins with enterprise-level access can easily copy the vanity URL used to access the staff or online booking portals for a specific LOB.

1. Click More Actions (⋮) for the desired LOB

2. Click Copy Staff Vanity URL or Copy Client Vanity URL

3. Paste the URL as needed
