Coconut Software integrates with Microsoft Exchange to sync appointments and busy blocks. On average, the sync takes 5 minutes to complete. Please note that when your organization changes policies or configurations in Exchange, there may be an impact to the sync and integration experience.

Exchange Policies or Configuration Updates

Exchange changes and updates that may impact the sync and integration experience include:

• Changes to Exchange policies

• Bulk changes to 20+ users, their calendars, and the events that exist on those calendars

• Bulk changes to 20+ users with respect to calendar access and permissions

• Changes to existing infrastructure, environment access, or firewall

Notifying Coconut Software of Changes

In the event that your organization requires Exchange changes and updates, please email your Customer Success team and include the following details:

• Detailed description of the change or update

• Estimated # of affected users

• Date and time that the change or update will be made

• Touchpoint to review change or update if required from both parties

Please ensure Coconut Software has three weeks of notice before changes are made. This will help us maintain the synchronization and integrity of your Exchange integration.
