Objective

Quickstream enables your organization to manage appointment flow by service, ensuring staff availability by aligning to your clients’ peak booking times.

Steps

Quickstream blocks are used to manage the number of appointments available for online booking at any one time. They can be created, edited, and deleted in-app.

NOTE: Quickstream is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success contact to get started.

Create a Quickstream block

To create a Quickstream block:

1. From the navigation menu, click Quick Stream

2. Search for and select the location that will apply to the Quickstream block

3. Do one of the following:

   • Click +Add

   • Within the calendar, click the date and time you want the Quickstream block to begin

4. Set the date and time for the Quickstream block

5. Select the limit for the Quickstream block

   • NOTE: The limit represents the number of appointments that can be booked concurrently at the same location

6. Click Recurrence and set the details to make the Quickstream block recurring

7. Click Services and select the services that clients can book appointments for during the Quickstream block

8. Click Save

Edit a Quickstream block

To edit a Quickstream block:

1. From the navigation menu, click Quick Stream

2. Search for and select the location that applies to the Quickstream block you want to edit

3. From the calendar view, click the Quickstream block that requires editing

4. Make the necessary updates

5. Click Save

Delete a Quickstream block

To delete a Quickstream block:

1. From the navigation menu, click Quick Stream

2. Search for and select the location that applies to the Quickstream block you want to delete

3. From the calendar view, click the Quickstream block that requires editing

4. Click Delete

Admins and managers can manage Quickstream blocks.
