Scenario

You want to ensure data from Coconut is displaying in Google Analytics, but there does not appear to be data flowing in.

Solution

This may be the result of Google Analytics moving from a UA property to a GA4 property. To maintain data flow from Coconut to Google Analytics:

1. Locate your organization's GA4 Property ID in your Google account

2. Share this Property ID with your Customer Success contact

Please note that it can take 24 hours for data to begin to display.
