Dashboard
Walk-in No Show Email Notifications
Previously, when a walk-in was removed from the queue or marked as a No Show, clients would only receive an SMS notification.
With this update, clients will now also receive an email notification when removed from the walk-in queue, provided that the location has missed-notification emails enabled and the client has an email address on file. This ensures consistent communication across both email and SMS channels for missed walk-in appointments.
This update will be available to all customers in production on August 26, 2026.
Schedule
Confirmation Booking Outside Available Hours
Previously, users could create, update, or move appointments outside a staff member’s available hours without any warning.
With this update, users will see a warning before saving an appointment outside a staff member’s available hours. This warning appears both in the booking form and in the Schedule experience.
This helps staff prevent scheduling conflicts and reduce unnecessary rescheduling.
This update will be available to all accounts on August 26, 2026.
Advanced Matching
Advanced Matching helps route the right client to the right advisor using configurable business logic based on client needs, advisor capabilities, and real-time availability.
Using an easy-to-manage admin interface, teams can create and adjust matching flows without needing to redesign their service setup for every scenario.
This gives administrators more control over how high-value, specialist, or service-specific meetings are assigned, helping protect scarce capacity and support more successful meeting outcomes.
Common use cases include:
- Routing larger lending opportunities to the best-fit advisors
- Simplifying long service lists into guided flows
- Directing clients to specialist groups based on their needs.

Advanced Analytics
Revamped Engagement Overview Dashboard - Now With Benchmarks!
The Engagement Overview dashboard has been updated to give leaders a clearer, more actionable view of performance across their organization.
The redesigned dashboard makes it easier to assess operational health, identify trends, and understand performance across locations, services, and engagement types.
Key enhancements include:
- Peer benchmarks for select metrics, providing additional context on how your organization’s performance compares to similar organizations
- New visualizations that highlight trends and performance patterns more clearly
- Enhanced metric breakdowns that make high-level performance data easier to interpret
- Updated service classification reporting to improve visibility into engagement activity
Updates to the Engagement Overview dashboard will be available to accounts with Advanced Analytics on August 26, 2026.
New Location Comparison Dashboard
The new Location Comparison dashboard gives regional and head-office leaders a clearer way to compare performance across branches.
Instead of reviewing one location at a time, teams can now compare selected locations side by side or view a single location against the organization average. This makes it easier to spot high-performing and underperforming branches, understand likely drivers behind the numbers, and focus attention where it will have the most impact.
What’s new
- Compare up to five locations side by side within a single dashboard view.
- Switch between two perspectives: location vs. location and location vs. organization average.
- Review core operational metrics such as completed engagements, engagements per week, cancellation rate, no-show rate, completed engagements per staff member, staff utilization rate, and median wait time.
- Explore what may be driving performance through views like walk-ins vs. appointments, booking channel popularity, and staff-booked vs. client-booked engagements.
- Understand service and client experience trends with insights such as popular services by location, lead time by service, wait time by service, and CSAT over time.
- Filter results by date range, date type, location, and line of business to focus on the comparisons that matter most.
This update will be available to all accounts with Advanced Analytics on August 26, 2026.
Clearer Feedback Labels Across Analytics
Based on customer feedback, we’ve updated feedback labels in Advanced Analytics and Insights to make these views easier to understand. You’ll now see clearer terminology that better distinguishes booking experience feedback from post-appointment engagement feedback.
This update will be available to all customers with Advanced Analytics on August 26, 2026.
